Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk Hotel, San Antonio

Our stay was excellent, with clean and spacious rooms. I especially loved the communal spaces, which had a vibrant atmosphere. However, the dining options were a bit disappointing due to high prices and limited variety. The service fluctuated, with some staff being exceptionally helpful while others were just going through the motions.

My stay at the Grand Hyatt was overall very enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms and convenient access to the Riverwalk. The staff offered exceptional service, helping to make my experience memorable. However, the dining options left something to be desired, as I found the food quality to be lacking and the prices a bit steep. Additionally, the parking fees seemed excessive compared to what I expected.

This hotel provided an incredible experience, especially with its prime location just steps from the Riverwalk, making it easy to explore the vibrant area. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a peaceful retreat after busy days. Exceptional service from the staff, particularly at the Grand Club, made us feel truly valued. However, minor issues such as the motion sensors in the room and the trouble securing transportation at checkout prevented a perfect score.
